The room we had 2 bedrooms which was perfect. However we did not anticipate the Swamp Cooler. But that’s ok. The lady running the place is super nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Their is a ice cream place within walking distance and the best part is the Hot Springs are just down the street.
The rooms were okay, the staff was extremely kind and wonderful, she really got us out of a jam when we left other lodging in an area that was not safe. Not only did we have safe lodging for the night, an ear to listen to and also offering up some recommendations for things to do in the area the next morning. Thank you for your kindness!!
The room was cool and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had white caulk all over, clearly done by an amateur but who cam, it was funny. It was clean!
Well maintained, older motel. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 12. Room very clean. Huge closet! In-room heater worked well. Concrete floor with thin carpet meant my feet needed slippers. Bathroom floor slopes toward the back wall. Very firm mattress with log frame. Shower had instant hot water (loved that). Response to Owner: Your manager was adult enough to ask me about my issues and we worked them out. I even changed my review after having a pleasant conversation with the manager (who is wonderful, by the way) Then you have to leave a snotty reply. I won't stay again because of owner's response. I go to Thermopolis regularly.

Very friendly, accommodating, and clean place. The night lady was awesome and helped my family out after our vehicle broke down. The morning lady Ashley was very sweet to my little girls when they gave her dandelions as flowers!
Basic old fashioned motel. Clean. Room smells clean. Window Air conditioning worked good. Close to Hot springs Park. Ice cream store next door. The one closet smelled a little musty like it hadn't been used in a while. Limited access to ice only during office hours. Nice extras like a microwave and small refrigerator. Television worked well. A motel with an actual room key rather than a key card.
Very nice, basic, CLEAN place to stay. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. We felt at home! The swamp cooler was a welcome change from standard AC for us, it kept the room so cool and comfortable.
